When will I surrender to my
own beautiful, loving heart?

When will I finally live in this body?
To inhabit its primal energy

When I mbrace these emotions
Then I will break the chains, to set it free?

Inside my heart there is a portal
To another realm

Through my breath
There is an opening
To spaciousness, stillness, freedom

Inside my pain
Is all I have denied, repressed, buried
Underneath that is the healing

As the pendulum swings
Back and forth
In the still unmoving place
There is a home
