Waves
We are but waves, rising , cresting, falling
Jealous of some waves, desperately clinging to others
Unaware of the ocean that connects us
To every living being
I am you, you are me, we are we
Sometimes, we glimpse the divine truth
We fully feel the vibrations behind the curtain of this reality
Somehow, we forget, just how beautifully flawed and deeply connected we are
I am you, you are me, we are we
See if you can catch your reflection in the smiles and frowns of others
In their laughter and sorrow
How disconnected they mostly are, we are, from the essence of life
I am you, you are me, we are we
Until we see the liquid love in a newborns eyes
Until we learn to see it in ourselves and each other
Until the wind flowing through the trees sets our heart on fire
Until the waves crashing on the beach or the crackle of an open fire, brings is to stillness
Until we see the source of our being in nature
Until we feel the vibrations and energy that connect us all
I am you, you are me, we are we
Much love ❤️
